  • Velikost pokoje 3+1 a dětskou postýlkou nás mile překvapila. Paní, která nás ubytovávala, ochotně odpověděla na naše dotazy. Snídaně formou bufetu byla postačující, bohatý výběr, který odpovídal možnostem hotelu, všeho byl dostatek.

  • V sobotu 3.11.2018 jsme prošli kolem 12 hodiny z hotelové chodby na oběd přes salónek, kde probíhala narozeninová oslava. Nebylo upozornění, že se zde nedá projít do restaurace a musí se jít vchodem z ulice. Neměli jsme oblečeny malé děti a museli jsme jít zpět na pokoj venkem, už jsme nebyli puštěny vnitřkem. Jsme rádi, že i potom se nám jeden zaměstnanec ještě jednou omluvil, ale byla to dost nepříjemná situace. K tomu je k dispozici pouze jeden klíč, tak ani manželka nemohla s dětmi jít dříve, protože bych se nedostal do hotelu. Na delší pobyt by nebylo kam dát více oblečení a věcí, jedna skříň na chodbě je málo, i když nám na víkend postačila. Ve sprše byla dost kluzká podlaha, není se kde chytit, doporučuji nainstalovat nějaká madla. Jinak jsme byli s pobytem spokojeni a rádi při dalším možném pobytu v Pardubicích zase rádi využijeme Vašich služeb.
